Based on the ongoing promotion of a friendly atmosphere and an easily approachable team of staff, it is hoped that patients and relatives will voice their complaints and concerns freely and openly. The Home will seek to resolve these issues and complaints quickly and satisfactorily. In the first instance you should raise the matter with the member of staff concerned, or their line manager, which may be the staff nurse in charge. You may also ask the staff nurse for a copy of the policy document for dealing with complaints

So if you notice anything at all that causes you concern we want you to speak up and tell us straight away.
